Shirehampton Park Clubhouse
The present Clubhouse (the 4th in the Club’s history) was opened in November 1992
Built on two floors, the lower accommodates the locker rooms and the Professional’s shop.
On the upper floor is the Clubhouse Bar where you will receive a warm welcome from our Steward Steve Dixon and his staff.
This year sees extensive refurbishment in both the bar and restaurant.
Leading off from the bar is the balcony overlooking the eighteenth green.
With the last hole being a par 3 and the tee also in view it goes without saying how popular the balcony is with both members, during Club competitions and visiting societies watching their fellow players cope with the pressure of an extremely challenging tee shot to finish their round of golf.
The restaurant, which is also situated at the front of the building, comfortably seats 70 and shares part of the balcony, commanding such panoramic views which other clubs in the area can only dream of.
What could be better after the traumas of your own round, than to relax with a refreshing drink and watch others suffer the pressures of that final tee shot or putting out to a crowded balcony where the sound of a pin dropping would deafen the ears.
